1. Software License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased Tatkal software on a single computer for your personal or business use. This license is for the specific product purchased (SpaceX, EndGame, or Tesla Tatkal Software).
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the software on more computers than your license permits
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
2. IRCTC Compliance
Our software is designed as a productivity tool to assist with IRCTC ticket booking. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the software complies with IRCTC's Terms and Conditions. The Company is not responsible for any account suspension or action taken by IRCTC against users.
3. Demo Software
Free demo versions are provided for evaluation purposes. Demo software may have limited features or booking limits. You may not use demo software for commercial purposes beyond evaluation.
4. Payment and Refunds
- All purchases are final. Software licenses are non-refundable once delivered and activated.
- If you experience technical issues preventing software use, contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
- License keys are non-transferable and tied to the purchaser's details.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will result in successful Tatkal bookings, as booking success depends on IRCTC server availability, seat availability, internet connectivity, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including failed bookings, loss of business revenue, or any other commercial loss.
7. Updates and Support
We provide software updates to maintain IRCTC compatibility at our discretion. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email during business hours (9 AM – 8 PM IST, Monday–Saturday).
8. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
